Terms of Service
Effective date: 11 October 2026
These terms apply to the Spada: Habit Tracker app and spadaapp.com ("Spada"). By using Spada, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep access to your Google account safe; you are responsible for what happens in your Spada account. You must meet the minimum age in our Privacy Policy.
2. Your content
Everything you enter (habits, moods, journal entries, notes and more) stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, sync and display it to you. We do not use it for advertising.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Spada: no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorized access to the app or its servers, and no use that breaks the law.
4. Not medical advice
Spada helps you build routines and reflect on your mood. It is not a medical, mental health or therapy service. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
5. Virtual items
Diamonds, Buddies and other rewards are earned in the app. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for cash, and may change as the app evolves. Spada 1.0 has no purchases.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Spada running and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" and may change, pause or have errors. Your data is saved on your device and synced when you are signed in; we cannot guarantee it will never be lost.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Spada and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and tell you in the app about important changes.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without removing the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
